Development Timeline
Construction is slated to commence in early 2025, with a temporary casino facility expected to open by November 2025 to meet state regulatory requirements. The full-scale resort is anticipated to open in late 2027, following the completion of the permanent casino and hotel complex.
Community and Educational Investments

In October 2024, the casino partners donated $100,000 to Norfolk State University and $50,000 each to Old Dominion University and Tidewater Community College.
